Excel Core Solutions may amend this process from time to time, and any updates will be posted on our website. We make every effort to fulfill the orders placed with us according to the specifications and timelines mentioned. However, if, due to any unavoidable circumstances or limitations on our part, an order cannot be processed, it will be canceled and refunded subject to the terms below.

Cancellation Policy:

To request a cancellation, please contact us through our contact link. Requests received later than 2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellations for the next service period.

Refund Policy:

We strive to provide satisfactory services and products to our clients. If a client is not completely satisfied with our services, we will consider a refund request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, refunds will be processed back to the original credit card. For payments made through other gateways, refunds will be made to the same account.

Refunds or cancellations may be refused under the following conditions:

  • Services have already been utilized.
  • The product is broken, unusable, or has scratches/incompleteness as per claims made by the client.
  • There are outstanding balances on the merchant's account that have not been settled.
